On Valentine's Day 2012 onred will be offering a six course sharing menu with matched wine.
The cost of the dinner will be $160 per head with coffee and petit fours included.
canape atlantic salmon gravlax
polenta fried calamari w cauliflower & almond puree & eggplant chips
salted pork belly w bacon dusted grapes & radish salad or chicken, sage & bacon crepinette w parsley puree, roast cherry tomato & fried capers
red snapper w brandade, pommes sables, fennel puree & caramelised baby leeks
szechuan glazed duck breast with confit duck, confit orange & lemon coriander buckwheat
roast lanb rump & crumbed braised shoulder w parmesan gnocchi, peas & tomato jam
white chocolate cake w sumac strawberries, lemon meringues, strawberry ice cream & whipped cream
